Plant Based Kravings is a space where I share juices, wellness inspiration, and practical tools to help you add more plants to your life in a way that feels realistic.

My goal is not to pressure anyone into labels or perfection, but to make wellness feel more approachable.

How It Started

My interest in plant-based wellness began in 2016, during a time when I was looking for ways to better support my health and overall well-being as a cancer survivor. Around that time, my mom bought me my first juicer. I had no idea how much that gift would shape my journey, but it sparked a passion for juicing, nutrition, and finding simple ways to incorporate more plants into my routine.

Looking back, my appreciation for natural foods started much earlier. Growing up in Antigua, I was surrounded by fresh, homegrown foods and herbal traditions. My grandparents farmed and created meals from crops grown in their backyard, and my family enjoyed a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. My parents instilled a routine of drinking herbal teas every morning, picking fresh herbs to brew what Antiguans called "bush tea," a tradition I came to appreciate even more as I grew older and began to understand the connection between food, culture, and wellness.

Over the years, I explored everything from smoothies and juicing to periods of eating fully plant-based and focusing on whole, minimally processed foods, learning what felt sustainable and what didn’t. My approach to wellness has evolved, but one thing has stayed the same: I love finding realistic ways to make adding more plants into everyday life feel approachable.

What began as a personal lifestyle shift eventually turned into a passion for helping others discover simple ways to add more plants into everyday life.

My Approach to Wellness

I’ve learned that wellness does not have to feel all or nothing. My goal is not to convince anyone to completely change their lifestyle. Instead, I hope to help make incorporating more plant-based foods feel easier, more enjoyable, and less overwhelming.
